We use certified organic methods to produce, process and sell agro products: mainly Olive oil, Saffron, annual crops and products from our orchard.
All the activity in the farm is based on the ethical principle of right relationships.
We provide everything the land needs, according to the three principles of Conservation Agriculture (minimum mechanical soil disturbance, permanent soil organic cover, species diversification), and even more; we take what is right with gratitude and love.
First of all, with the people who help us with the various processes: we reject all forms of exploitation of labor and support youth work. Secondly, with our customers, we provide complete information on the production processes and are committed to maximum transparency.
Respect for the local animal population and its habitat is part of our production plans. Animals are removed with caution when their presence can cause damage to crops.
